I’m a Sports Physical Therapist specializing in upper extremity injuries, rehabilitation, and return to sport. I began my journey at Lebanon Valley College, where I played collegiate football and earned my undergraduate degree in 2020, followed by my Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2022.
After graduation, I moved to Greenville, South Carolina to complete a Sports Residency Program (2023) and an Upper Extremity Fellowship (2024) with ATI Physical Therapy. I’m a board-certified Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS) through the American Physical Therapy Association and completed an Upper Extremity Fellowship focused on the management of overhead athletes.
While I specialize in upper extremity care, I also have extensive experience with lower body rehabilitation, including ACL reconstructions, meniscal repairs, and hip labral procedures. My clinical background includes managing both surgical and non-surgical cases, with an emphasis on individualized rehab, performance progression, and return-to-sport readiness.
I’ve worked with a wide range of post-operative cases, including UCL reconstructions (Tommy John), rotator cuff repairs, and shoulder labral repairs. My approach integrates evidence-based practice, athlete education, and collaboration with performance staff to ensure a holistic rehab process.
In 2024, I began my career in professional baseball as a Physical Therapist with the Colorado Rockies. Currently, I serve as one of the Physical Therapists for the Houston Astros at their training facility in West Palm Beach, Florida.
